Voxalytics Terms of Use

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Voxalytics mobile application and related services. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

What the Services do and do not do

  • Voxalytics lets you record sessions, upload audio, generate transcripts, and view analysis insights.
  • The Services do not provide medical, legal, or professional advice.
  • The Services do not guarantee specific outcomes or performance improvements.

Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services.
  • If you are under the age of majority, you may use the Services only with a parent or guardian's consent.

Accounts and organization access

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Organization administrators may control access to recordings, transcripts, and analyses for members.

User responsibilities

  • Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
  • Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
  • Do not interfere with or disrupt the Services.
  • Do not upload content that violates law or the rights of others.
  • You are responsible for obtaining all required permissions to record and share audio.

Content and recordings

  • You retain ownership of content you submit, including recordings and transcripts.
  • You grant Voxalytics a limited license to host, store, process, and display content to operate the Services.

Third-party services

  • The Services may integrate with third-party services such as cloud storage or transcription providers.
  • Your use of third-party services may be governed by their terms and policies.

Fees and subscriptions

  • If paid features are offered, billing terms will be presented at purchase.
  • Payments are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated at purchase.

Service availability

  • THIS INCLUDES LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify and hold Voxalytics harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Services.
